- Many Tomoe Centrifuges were installed in the PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and PTA (polyterephthalic acid) production processes in the petrochemical industry. Tomoe is the manufacturer of the world-largest centrifuge for the PTA application. Also our centrifuges are employed in the food, steel making, mining, energy, paper/pulp and biochemical industries.
We launched the waste plastic recycling system into the market upon enactment of regulations for package and electric component recycling. Also approaches to the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries have started.

- This main plant was opened up in Yamato City, Kanagawa in July 1969 and is engaged in assembly of solid bowl centrifuges, Kason separators, Rotostrainer, Rotary Press, JWC grinders and ROMAG screens at present.

- Tomoe Machinery Services Co., Ltd. was established in 1978 to supply parts of and on-board repair services for the marine engine oil/lubricant clarifier. Since then their business was expanded to cover repair of centrifuges and other machines, maintenance, and installation services.
Shonan Office was opened at Tomoe Engineeringfs Shonan Plant in December 2001.

All the works are integrated: from cutting and plating to welding.
