Tomoe Engineering Begins Nationwide Sale of Resin Filler Talc
Acquiring distribution agency in Japan for talc products from HiTalc Group, Tomoe Engineering has launched their nationwide sale. The merchandise is sub-micron talc in average particle size of 0.5 micron for use as filler to reinforce plastics: a material whose stable supply has long been requested strongly by resin compounders. The company anticipates sales of approx. 10,000 tons, amounting to approx. «1 billion, one year later.
HiTalc Group is supplying customers worldwide with high quality talc in fine particle size of the uniform standards with established reputations. To counter the Chinese talc that has dominated high-purity talc market, HiTalc Group searched for talc ores of high purity and developed Seabrook Mine in Australia, thus securing grounds for a consistent supply and consequently earning fame and popularity among the world's market.
On this opportunity of acquiring its distributorship, Tomoe Engineering will launch promotion of HiTalc products among compounders, mainly those are processing polypropylene.
The merchandise is characterized by its unprecedented fineness of talc particles even retaining the plate form, which makes first debut in the commercial scale in the Japanese marketplace.
