Phenoxy Resins are tough and ductile thermoplastics with high cohesive strength and good impact resistance. Applications are addhesives, coatings and primers, plastics modifiers, etc.
Features
- High molecular weight but very linear in structure
- Tough and ductile
- Pendant hydroxyl groups promote wetting and bonding to polar substrates and fillers.
Application
3 Types are available:
a. Phenoxy resin: PKHH, PKHC, PKHJ, PKHB, PKFE
b. Waterborne Phenoxy: PKHW-34, PKHW-35, PKHW-36
c. Modified Phenoxy: PKCP-67, PKCP-80 (caprolactone modified), PKHM-30, PKHM-301 (polyester modified)
