Description
K&S wedge tools are selected or specially designed to meet customers' specifications for bond length, shape, surface finish, front & back radius and other criteria affecting bond location, strength and looping. Wedge tools are available in a variety of materials, such as tungsten carbide for aluminum wire applications, titanium carbide for gold wire wedge bonding and fine grain metals for fine pitch applications.
