Grain slurry recycling system
- The grain slurry recycling system classifies used grain slurry discharged from the wire saw by means of the primary centrifugal separator and collects grains.
- The grains are further classified by the secondary centrifugal separator. The coolant is collected, and cutting chips are disposed of.
- Recycled slurry is prepared by mixing the collected grains and coolant and adding new slurry (new grains or coolant) as needed.
