Phenoxy Resins are tough and ductile thermoplastics with high cohesive strength and good impact resistance. Applications are addhesives, coatings and primers, plastics modifiers, etc.
Features
High molecular weight but very linear in structureTough and ductile
Pendant hydroxyl groups promote wetting and bonding to polar substrates and fillers.
Application
3 Types are available:a. Phenoxy resin: PKHH, PKHC, PKHJ, PKHB, PKFE
b. Waterborne Phenoxy: PKHW-34, PKHW-35, PKHW-36
c. Modified Phenoxy: PKCP-67, PKCP-80 (caprolactone modified), PKHM-30, PKHM-301 (polyester modified)
