Molecular Sieve for Bio Ethanol Dehydration (EDG)
Introduction
EDG is the special grade for Ethanol Dehydration which is made by USKK in JAPAN. EDG adsorbent provides longer performance life for TSA-water removal from fed ethanol under vapor phase VSA, PSA and liquid phase. Its unique structure and adsorption selectivity contributes a higher rate adsorption / desorption of high concentration of water removal and greater utilization of the adsorbent bed. It shows a higher breakthrough water capacity than conventional 3A Type adsorbent and provides sharp mass transfer zones and removal to low concentration of water.
Advantage
- Production Rate Improvement
- Decrease Energy Consumption
- SAVE COST in replacement
